Do I need a physical store?
No. Online stores and marketplace sellers are welcome. Tell us where you sell and which countries you ship to, and we'll quote the items licensed for those markets.
Which countries can you supply?
SuPlushies has offices in the US and China and distributes worldwide. Character licenses are set country by country, so we confirm which items you can sell in your market before you order.
Are the toys officially licensed?
Yes. Everything in the catalog is officially licensed, from Pokémon and Sanrio to Disney, Chiikawa and popular anime series.
What do I need to open a wholesale account?
To get a quote, just your business details. Before your first order we'll ask for your tax ID (EIN in the US, or your VAT or business registration number elsewhere) and a resale certificate or local equivalent.
Is there a minimum order?
Tell us your budget when you request a quote. We'll build a starter assortment around it and explain the order options for your account.
Can I get samples?
Ask for samples in your quote request and we'll let you know what's available for the items you're interested in.
